In particular, the following were taken into account: the regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of April 29, 2004 on the documentation of personal data processing and technical and organizational conditions to be met by devices and IT systems used to process personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item . 1024); guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealed Directive 95/46/EC.
The most important elements of the implemented personal data protection system include:
1.    SSL certificate, which guarantees that communication between your computer and concrette.com is encrypted with a 256-bit key.
2.    We ensure the collection and processing of only the relevant personal data kept for the shortest possible time, and you must give separate consent for each activity not related to the implementation of the purchase/sale agreement.
3.    Only authorized staff, trained in the field of personal data protection, have access to your personal data, which guarantees its security.
4.    The concrette.com IT system and internal company procedures meet all standards of personal data protection.

A. Registration
During registration, please provide the relevant data necessary to create an account at concrette.com, so you do not have to waste your time refilling the entire order form with each subsequent purchase. By registering you save time and money - as registered customers you will also be eligible to participate in our loyalty programme and receive discounts based on previously made purchases.
After logging in, a registered customer can also verify the status of the order they made and the history of purchases. A registered and logged-in customer may at any time correct, supplement or delete data from concrette.com
During registration, we may ask for your:

2.    address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, zip/town code and city name) - required for addressing the package;

The data is stored for 5 years, counted from the last login.
B. Placing an order
When placing an order, please provide us with the data necessary to process the order, which - in case of registered and logged in customers - is partially collected automatically during registration.
When placing an order, please provide the following:
1.    name and surname or name of the company/institution - required to issue a sales document and address the package;
2.    address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, zip/town code and city name) - required for addressing the package;
3.    e-mail - required for logging in and any communication related to the use of concrette.com;
4.    telephone number - required for some of the delivery options (required by carriers)
If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses a delivery to an address other than the one provided during registration or placing an order, please also include the following:
1.    name and surname or name of the company/institution - required for us to address the package;
2.    address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, zip/town code and city) - required to address the parcel;
3.    telephone number to the recipient of the shipment - required for some of the delivery options (required by carriers)
If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses the issuance of a sales document with details different than information provided during registration or placing an order, additionally provide us with the following information:
1.    name and surname or name of the company/institution - required to issue a proof of sale;
2.    address (street, house number/or house and apartment number, zip/town code and city) - required to issue a proof of sale;
The data provided when placing the order is processed by concrette.com and the following entities in the following scope:
1.    name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as the delivery address are provided to shipping companies in the form of a label/consignment note which is also an order for delivery, depending on the selected type of shipment method, are provided to:
a.    DPD Polska sp. z o.o., 15 Mineralna street, 02–274 Warsaw, a company entered in the register of entrepreneurs in the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS No. 0000028368, NIP: 526-020-41-10, REGON: 012026421
2.    name and surname, address, tax identification number (NIP) indicated as the details to be included in the sales document, are transferred in the form of a sales document to the accounting system:

In case the Customer decides to use an external payment system, all data provided after switching to the payment operator's website remain registered only in its database and are in no way available or stored by concrette.com
concrette.com cooperates with the following payment operators:
1.    DotPay sp. sp. z o.o., 72 Wielicka street, 30 - 552 Kraków (KRS: 0000296790, NIP: 6342661860, REGON: 240770255); operator of the dotpay.pl website     
2.    PayPal (Europe) Sarl et cie, SCA; the operator of the paypal.com website
3.    Skrill USA, Inc., a Delaware company with its registered office at 100 N Biscayne Blvd., Suite 2120, Miami, Florida 33132, USA; the operator of skrill.com
The data is stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant regulations governing the storage time of accounting documents.
C. Marketing
If you subscribe to the newsletter during the registration or ordering process, we are going to request your e-mail address to ensure the delivery of commercial information from concrette.com. You can unsubscribe at any time by logging into your concretteaccount.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footnote of each newsletter.

D. Correspondence

concrette.com uses the servers of OVH sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) with its headquarters in Wrocław (KRS: 0000220286; NIP: 8992520556) and the NetArch sp. z o.o. located in Kraków (KRS: 0000286559; NIP: 945-208-91-38). These companies do not have direct access to personal data and they do not process it in any way.
The data is processed for the extend of 24 months from the last activity.

B. concrette.com (cookies)
YourSklep.pl uses the "cookies" technology, i.e. text files placed on your device, in order to enable concrette.com to recognize your profile and adapt concrette.com to your needs.
concrette.com uses cookies to:
1.    Remember your logging – in information (each session lasts 30 minutes counting from the last recorded activity, and afterwards the cookies are deleted).
2.    Remember the contents of your shopping cart (the session lasts 30 days counting from the last recorded activity, and afterwards the cookies are deleted).
3.    Remember your concrette.com display preferences (the session lasts 30 days counting from the last activity, and afterwards the cookies are deleted);
4.    Create statistics and reports on the operation of concrette.com (the session lasts 30 days counting from the last activity, and afterwards the cookies are deleted).

In special situations where the applicable law requires the Data Controller to provide the collected data to state authorities, concrette.com will make such data available.
With the exception of the aforementioned situations, your personal data - to the extent permitted by law on the basis of separate entrustment agreements – will be transferred to specific entities only for the purposes of and in relation to the need to perform contractual or legal obligations by the Data Controller. The entities the data may be transferred to include: advertising agencies, banks, accounting and bookkeeping offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers.
In the event of such a transfer, the Data Controller concludes appropriate entrustment agreements with these entities, guaranteeing the highest standard of protection and maintaining the confidentiality and security of personal data, as well as their use only for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual or legal obligations of the Data Controller.
